Unprofessional and disrespectful is an understatement, I’ve been tryna to get maintenance out here for 2 days because our breakers are located in the basement (out of reach to tenants) and now all my food in my refrigerator is bad and I have a 9 year old son. I had fresh ice in my ice dispenser and this is what’s left due to melting. Still haven’t received any call backs whatsoever. Service is poor.
As a tenant whose landlord uses Whitman for snow removal our experience has been terrible so far this year (2024). Two storms so far and they did not come to plow our driveways (duplex) for 2 days, despite many calls and texts. They do not respond to communication at all. Even when Adam promised our driveways would be plowed the same day, after our landlord had a meeting with them regarding the lack of plowing and zero communication for the first storm, they still did not show up for another 24 hours. If they do not have enough staff to fulfill their contracted services, they should either hire more people or stop adding to their customer base until they are adequately staffed to fulfill customer needs. At minimum they should communicate to their customers the problems they are facing and make other arrangements instead of ignoring the calls and texts and neglecting their customers' needs.
I am so happy with the work from Witman Properties Landscape division. Wilmer and his team did an outstanding job on my shrubs along with tackling my "green monster." All three gentlemen were polite and courteous. It was a home run for me! Thank you.
I do not recommend this company for renting! I've been living at one of the properties they recently bought for over 8yrs before my old landlord decided to sell! After 8yrs of trying to get the old landlord to fix things it never happened. So I decided to finally move out due to the black mold that was continuously growing in the bathroom and on the windows. I gave them enough notice as to why I was moving out! My kids were constantly getting sick due to the black mold to the point they had to stay with there father. Anyways 30 days passed and they refuse to give me my deposit back due to improper notice to vacate. Which in fact I told them in advance why I was moving out. Than try to say I didn't pay last month's rent when in fact before I moved in 8yrs ago before they owned the place I paid first, last, and security as to why they took the 25 dollars out. Legally they have to give you a written form to sign and if there are any damages not including wear and tear. They have to provided itemized list and receipt, which they haven't provided. Now I'm force to go to small claims to try and get my money back. Also I have provided video of how we left the apartment most of it is wear and tear which again legally can't not be charged on security deposit.
They managed my property in Springfield. I appreciate how timely they responded to my tenants with any maintenance requests. My only issue was they kept delaying getting the monthly breakdown to me on time and disbursing the payment due to me. I also have been going back and forth with them to give me back the keys to my house.

This place is a joke! I applied about 1 week ago, submitted previous rental history documents, make 3 time the rent and still no response back. I been sending emails and text messages for an update on my application and still no response. Nir is the only person who does the leasing, but he is slow, doesn’t help, and doesn’t respond when you send him an email. You are better off just trying to get in touch with the actual landlord of the property instead of going through Whitman.
Very professional team @ Witman! We had pretty much neglected the backyard for more than a few months and the father-son duo of Victor and Victor completely transformed the landscaping...while protecting some of our importance treasures and uniqueness.
